Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we may collect your name, phone number or email address, requested dates, stay length, guest and bedroom needs, pet information, selected properties, preferences, and anything you include in your message. We may also collect limited technical information needed to operate, secure and understand use of the website, such as device, browser, approximate location, referral and interaction data.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, recommend properties, confirm availability and pricing, arrange and administer stays, provide customer service, prevent misuse, maintain records, improve our website and services, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use inquiry information to make decisions based on protected characteristics.
Inquiry storage and notifications
Inquiry details are stored in our hosted database so the Furnished Hub team can respond and keep an operational record. When email notifications are enabled, we use Resend to deliver an alert to our team inbox from stays@furnishedhub.com. Resend receives the information needed to deliver that alert, and the guest’s submitted contact information is used as the reply address. We do not use inquiry information for marketing without a separate lawful basis or consent where required.
How information may be shared
We may share information with service providers that support hosting, communications, analytics, booking administration, screening, payments, deposits or deposit waivers, property operations and professional advice. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information for money. If our practices change, we will update this policy and provide any legally required choices.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including operational, accounting, dispute and legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your privacy choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, or object to or restrict certain processing. Depending on where you live and whether a particular law applies, you may have additional rights under laws such as the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, the GDPR, or similar state or international laws. We will not discriminate against you for making a valid privacy request.

The website may use essential storage needed for security and operation and, if enabled, limited analytics to understand site performance. If we add advertising or nonessential tracking, we will update this notice and provide consent or opt-out controls where required.
Children
This website is intended for adults arranging housing. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
