Website Terms

These terms govern use of the Furnished Hub website. Property-specific quotes, booking confirmations, leases and other signed agreements contain the controlling terms for an actual stay.

Listings, availability and pricing

Website content is provided for general information. Photos, features, maps, distances, availability and pricing may change, and map locations are intentionally approximate. We work to keep information current but do not guarantee that every item is complete or error-free. An inquiry, quote or discussion does not reserve a property. A reservation exists only after all required approval, agreement, payment and confirmation steps are complete.

Eligibility and fair housing

Housing is offered in accordance with applicable fair-housing laws. Furnished Hub does not discriminate because of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, disability or any other characteristic protected by applicable law. Property, occupancy, identity, payment, pet and other reasonable booking requirements may apply consistently to prospective guests.

All-inclusive pricing and fair utility usage

Unless a quote or agreement says otherwise, included utilities and internet are subject to reasonable use. Property-specific allowances may be based on the property’s normal historical consumption, season, stay length and expected occupancy and may be prorated. If actual usage materially exceeds a disclosed allowance, the guest may be responsible for the documented incremental cost as stated in the quote or agreement. Advertised internet speeds are based on the most recent available test and are not guaranteed on every device or at all times.

Pets, deposits and property rules

Pet approval and fees, security deposits or an available third-party deposit-waiver option, occupancy limits, parking rules, check-in and checkout requirements, smoking restrictions, community rules and other property terms will be disclosed before booking or in the governing agreement. A waiver fee does not eliminate responsibility for damage.

Communications

By submitting an inquiry, you authorize us to respond using the phone number or email address you provide. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of housing. You may ask us to stop nonessential communications at any time.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may use the website only for lawful housing and property-management inquiries. Do not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or harmful material, scrape content at scale, or misuse photographs, branding or listing content. Website content is owned by or licensed to Furnished Hub and may not be republished commercially without permission.

Third-party services and limitations

Links to maps, communications, payment, screening, deposit-waiver or other third-party services are provided for convenience and are governed by those providers’ terms. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available and Furnished Hub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
